My Favorite Cake

I get asked a lot what my favorite cake of all time is... and I have to say it's this German Chocolate Cake.
I love it so much that I brought it on my engagement photo shoot a few years ago.
It's my modified version of a chocolate cake, it consists of very very moist chocolate cake drenched with brandied cherry liqueur and brandied cherries, layered with whipped cream, covered in whipped cream, and decorated with cherries and chcolate shards. Want a delicious treat for your summer picnic or get together? Try this Coffee Cake filled with delicious goodness! Make extra and freeze some for later on in the summer!

Makes 2 round coffee cakes, each approximately 10 inches in diameter
The recipe can easily be halved to make one round coffee cake

It's Hot Out, Make some Ice Cream!

That's right, make your own ice cream! It's super easy and healthier than store versions.
We just made our very own Milky Way ice cream and it turned out divine. Here is the recipe so you can indulge also!

4.5 oz Milky Way bars
1 can fat free evaporated milk
1 cup skim milk
4 egg yolks

Super Sweet Candyland Wedding

My Super Sweet Wedding was this past august, I had to share the details with you! It took us forever to figure out what theme to do for our wedding. I needed a theme and I needed a really great and memorable party! I am obsessed with candy and sweets, and my husband loves the game candyland. I love the game just for the pure creativity of it! We figured it would be a really great theme!
